Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Roop Nikharr website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Appointment Booking
- Appointments are subject to availability
- We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
- Same-day bookings are subject to availability
- A valid phone number and email address must be provided
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a nominal fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash, cards, UPI, and online payments
- GST is applicable on all services
Refund Policy
- Services once rendered are non-refundable
- Prepaid packages are non-refundable but transferable
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information relevant to treatments
- Inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions
- Follow pre and post-treatment care instructions
- Treat staff and other clients with respect
Liability
Roop Nikharr is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from treatments, provided that proper consultation was conducted.
